You need to Capture or Kill Moe Van Barr in order to get the Deadly Assassins Outfit. This is Scrap 3 of the 5 scraps. This guy can be a pain to show up. I spent atleast 1-2 hours doing the follow steps till he finally showed up. Steps: 1. Get to Armadillo 2. Check the “wanted poster” spot 3. if you don’t see anyone, skip to step 5, 4. Kill whoever the “wanted poster” criminal is. 5. Save your game in Armadillo 6. After Saving, Go check the spot again. 7a. if no one shows up, go save again 7b. if someone does show up, kill or capture him. 8. Save your game again in Armadillo 9. Repeat steps 2-9 In my first play through, mo van barr was the first or second bounty I did. In this play through, He was the fourth. I encountered all other three while doing these steps. I have heard a lot of theories as to how he appears. Some say you have to do all of Bonnie’s missions before doing bounty hunts or mo is the first guy to show up or else he never shows up. :/ I’m not exactly sure what’s true but, regardless, try this strategy. It might just work or it might not.
