This isn’t the finest texture mod we’ve ever done. And we’re not sand-obsessed, I swear! This is N64 Bowser’s Castle with textures from Dry Dry Ruins (and the first ever custom texture, the Wii SZS modifier logo in replacement of the Bowser pictures!) I didn’t particularly want to race our latest sand spam, so I downloaded Europe’s Continental Champ’s data by “KO Frenchy” (WR was unavailable thanks to an insta-finish ghost) and let his ghost race around it. I finally fixed the framerate issue and (hopefully) made the res better too! Music from Brawl. This is the song that plays in the place of the “Wifi waiting” music on my Mario Kart Wii disc. Let’s play Super Mario 64 Walkthrough Part 1 | Star 1 Bob-omb battlefield. Like always we’re on a journey to save that sexy princess peach! I hope its worth saving her for the million times lol. Super Mario 64 is set in Princess Peach’s Castle, which consists of three floors, a basement, a moat, and a courtyard. The area outside the castle is an introductory area in which the player can experiment, testing his or her player skills. Scattered throughout the castle are entrances to courses via secret walls and paintings. Super Mario 64 begins with a letter from Princess Peach inviting Mario to come to her castle for a cake she has baked for him. However, when he arrives, Mario discovers that Bowser has invaded the castle and imprisoned the princess and her servants within it using the power of the castle’s 120 Power Stars. Many of the castle’s paintings are portals to other worlds, in which Bowser’s minions keep watch over the stars. Mario explores the castle for these portals to enter the worlds and recover the stars. He gains access to more rooms as he recovers more Power Stars, and eventually traverses three different obstacle courses, each leading to its own battle with Bowser. Defeating Bowser the first two times earns Mario a key for opening another level of the castle. After Mario defeats Bowser in the final battle, Peach is released from the stained-glass window above the castle’s entrance. Score: 93 / 100 Gameplay: 10 Graphics: 9 Music: 8 Sound: N/A Difficulty: 10 Sprites: 8 Tilt: 10 Storyboard: 10 Style: 9 Originality: 10 ———— “Bowser’s Mercenaries”, it’s good name, but it has not much to do with the game. As soon as you start to play, you feel comfort with the scenery, and with the level design, it’s all correctly put on it’s place, but there are some aspects that are remarkable on the game properties. One of them is the fact of that the same music is used on almost every level (except for underground and bonus levels), it’s a good tune, but it gets very old after a few levels. Another thing, is that some zones are graphically repetitive, what I mean, is that some levels use the same kind of floor, on the whole level extension, but that can be let go, as the level design is great. The difficulty is perfectly established, it can be even played by beginners, but that doesn’t mean that it’s very easy, it simply is balanced. Speaking about the sprites, nothing new was added, not even a boss has been added yet, but it should be a fact that it will be there. About the story, we find a not-so-typical one: Ugly red plumber goes to rescue princess, but boat gets glitched (glitched?, now, that’s cool) and ugly …
