This is a short tutorial on how to jailbreak A5 iPhone 4s and iPad 2 only. 1. Download Absinthe www.greenpois0n.com 2. Extract the program to your desktop and run it. (If your on windows, right click absinthe and run as admininstator. 3. Make sure your idevice is plugged in and exit out of all the other programs. 4. OPTIONAL STEP!!! Back up your iDevice in itunes. 5. If your iphone or ipad has a passcode lock, remove it and then restart your idevice. 6. Then press jailbreak and dont press anything on your idevice until Absinthe says “almost done”. 7. Then unlock your idevice, and open up absinthe on your springboard. Let it load. (If it has an error message, you can open up settings and switch vpn on… you will then get an error message that says something like “cannot connect”. do not press anything, let the error message stay on ur screen for 15 seconds.) No matter which way you used, your idevice will crash and then reboot. 8. You will have cydia instead of Absinthe. 9. Have fun with your jailbreak.
